Science finds 15 minutes of exercise helps long term

 

After a 12-year study was done the results are now clear. Scientists have found it fifteen minutes of exercise can help you out tremendously.

People who are constantly active lower their chance of an early death by 22%. This may seem strange to some of you but something as simple as walking running or playing a sport doesn’t that help you live longer.

The study also showed that there is no reason to stop moving just because it is. Many people who get older I think it is time to stop physical activity and movement. This is not the case however and they should continue to get exercise and daily activity to help with their health.

The good thing about this study is that 15 minutes is doable by anybody, even the busiest of people.
